4F to Outfit Ukrainian Olympians

4F, the largest Polish sportswear brand owned by OTCF S.A., has become the official sponsor of the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee and will outfit the Ukrainian Olympic team during at least three upcoming editions of the Olympic Games: Paris 2024, Milan-Cortina 2026, and Los Angeles 2028. The official collection, including apparel and accessories, will premiere in June.

4F continues its over 15-year presence at the world’s most important sporting events and, during the upcoming Paris Olympics, will outfit yet another international national team – Ukraine. This marks the tenth National Olympic Committee that the Polish brand has strategically partnered with.

“We are pleased to welcome the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee into the 4F sports family. This is a great honor and a major business opportunity for us, as we see significant potential in this market. The dedicated collection in which Ukrainian athletes will compete during the Paris 2024 Olympics will be made from cutting-edge materials, using the latest technologies and trends. Drawing from our long-standing experience outfitting national Olympic teams, we will deliver gear tailored perfectly to the athletes’ needs. We believe that, dressed in 4F, Ukrainian athletes will achieve great success and bring joy to fans in a war-torn country,” said Igor Klaja, CEO of OTCF S.A., owner of the 4F brand.

The partnership with the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee is set to support OTCF S.A.’s business growth in Ukraine. Three 4F franchise stores are already operating in Kyiv – in Respublika Park, Blockbuster, and Lavina Mall. The company also plans to open its own retail stores in the coming months. 4F products are available to Ukrainian customers via e-commerce at 4f.ua. The brand is planning intensive marketing activities to support promotion of the Ukrainian Olympic collection.

“The Ukrainian market is already one of the most profitable export markets for OTCF S.A. Despite the ongoing war, we see tremendous sales potential in the largest urban centers and the e-commerce channel. Until now, we have primarily operated through wholesale distribution. The next natural step is to develop our own retail network,” added Igor Klaja.

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games will take place from July 26 to August 11. The 4F logo will be featured on the Ukrainian team’s apparel during all official ceremonies and events, including the opening and closing ceremonies and medal presentations. The partnership also covers other international sporting events, including the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) and the Youth Olympic Games (YOG).

“The Ukrainian National Olympic Committee begins its partnership with a renowned Polish sports brand in an Olympic year, which is unfortunately also another year of war for us. Thanks to our country’s defenders, Ukrainian athletes can still participate in international competitions. The 4F gear will provide not only comfort and performance but also highlight our national identity through the modern design of the Olympic collection. Ukraine is a strong country, and our athletes will be proud representatives of their nation wearing high-quality gear from a top-tier manufacturer,” said Vadim Guttsait, President of the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee.

4F has been outfitting Olympians since 2009. From 2009 to 2023, the brand was the sponsor of the Polish Olympic Committee. During the last two editions of the Olympic Games – in Tokyo and Beijing – 4F supplied apparel and accessories to national teams from nine countries: Poland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

In Paris, Olympic teams from five countries will wear 4F apparel. In addition to Ukraine, these include Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Slovakia, and Kosovo.

Beyond working with National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, 4F is a sponsor of the Polish Ski Federation, Polish Athletics Association, and Polish Speed Skating Association. It is also the technical partner of the Polish Basketball Association and the Hungarian Athletics Association. 4F outfits athletes from three football clubs in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa (Korona Kielce, PGE FKS Stal Mielec, and Piast Gliwice), all teams in the Orlen Basket League and Orlen Women’s Basket League, as well as the three-time CEV Champions League winner – Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Brand ambassadors include Anna and Robert Lewandowski and Bartosz Zmarzlik. 4F products are now available in 42 countries worldwide.
