4F Becomes Technical Partner of the PKO BP Ekstraklasa Games Esports Competition

Poland’s largest sportswear brand has become the official Technical Partner of the PKO BP Ekstraklasa Games – the esports competition where the best players in Poland compete for the title of official Polish Champion in EA SPORTS FC 24.

4F has been present in the PKO Bank Polski Ekstraklasa football league for two seasons and is currently the technical partner of three clubs: Piast Gliwice, Korona Kielce, and PGE FKS Stal Mielec. In the 2023/24 season, Raków Częstochowa – the current Polish football champions – won their first-ever title wearing 4F kits.

The brand has previously engaged in e-gaming projects, including providing apparel for the National Esports Team competing in FIFA in 2019. Now, 4F is launching its partnership with Poland’s biggest virtual football competition, where representatives of all 18 league clubs will compete starting February 6.

The world of professional sports is 4F’s natural environment. Over the years, we’ve gained experience and built expertise by working with top athletes, Olympic committees, sports federations, football, volleyball, and basketball teams, as well as organizers of major international events. Partnering with PKO BP Ekstraklasa Games allows us to expand into the esports segment and reach new audience groups. We’re excited for the upcoming PRO tournaments and the chance to virtually connect with the best players in Poland – said Michał Czechowicz, Director of Sports Marketing and Teamwear at 4F.

PKO BP Ekstraklasa Games – the official Polish Championship in EA SPORTS FC 24 – is part of the global EA SPORTS FC PRO ecosystem. In the sixth edition, the OPEN phase for aspiring esports players already took place in the fall. The main season begins this Tuesday, and the first live broadcast will air on Wednesday via the Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook channels of Ekstraklasa and Ekstraklasa Games. During the PRO phase, eight online tournaments will be played in February and March, followed by the OPEN finals, playoffs, and the grand finals in April.

– The collaboration between Poland’s biggest sports brand and its most popular football league is great news, and we are honored to work with 4F on our esports project. Thanks to this partnership, the 4F logo will appear in all PKO BP Ekstraklasa Games broadcasts. In the coming months, we’re also planning several joint marketing activations that will surely appeal to virtual football fans – said Marcin Mikucki, Marketing, Communication, and Sales Director at Ekstraklasa SA.
