Retail Sales Support team is responsible for introducing and maintaining high operating standards across the retail network. It creates procedures, supervises their application, uses indicators and data analysis for sales supporting activities (competitions, promotions), supervises stock inventory, works directly with Regional Managers and the Visual Merchandising team.
Planning prepares sales plans for upcoming sales seasons. It is responsible for drafting the purchasing budget for each sales channel, and planning supplies to stores and warehouses. It creates reports on completion of plans, orders, warehouse deliveries and complaints.
Personnel supports the organisation’s and its employees’ development process. It is responsible for the company’s personnel policy, employee selection and recruitment, formal side of employment. It supports growth of staff competence by organising training sessions, internal and external. Furthermore, it manages employer branding, both within the organisation and with external stakeholders, provides motivational benefits and organises integration events.
IT is responsible for maintaining infrastructure systems and introducing the latest technical solutions across the company. The team provides ongoing IT support for the head office, logistics centre, as well as supporting the store chain when it comes to the sales system. Additional duties including the creation of in-house software and administration of IT systems.
Administration manages all office and organisational matters related to business operations, including reception, business travel, car fleet management, as well as office and warehouse management.
Accounting ensures compliance with accounting and fiscal regulations, and coordinates settlements with employees and business partners.
Legal supports all departments in solving legal issues and introduces processes for smoother regulatory compliance.
Product Turnover manages dispatching of goods from the warehouse to stores and wholesale outlets, by analysing product rotation indices. It is broadly responsible for all outlets of 4F, 4Faces and Outhorn wholesale stands, and takes an active role in the supply chain, working closely with other departments – primarily planning, logistics and sales.
Investment and network development manages the process of acquiring new sales space, designing and creating new store concepts, and day-to-day service support of our stores, in Poland and abroad.
4F Marketing ensures cohesion of image activities across all communication channels, as part of an integrated 360 approach. Its priority of building and strengthening perception of the 4F brand in Poland and on foreign markets, as well as support for the 4Faces brand.
Marketing activities include advertising campaigns, various promotions, photographic sessions, video production, events and cooperation with opinion leaders.
The team is also responsible for creating store fronts, all advertising collateral and e-commerce content. Its responsibilities also include social media communication for the 4F brand, e-commerce copywriting and other support relating to online brand communication support.
Outhorn Marketing supports marketing communication for OTCF’s oldest brand, constantly improving its marketing mix tools. The team manages the product in terms of design, functionality and competitive pricing. Its main goal is long-term planning of promotion activity to revitalise the Outhorn brand in both perception and communication. 2016 is marked by the rebranding of Outhorn, involving numerous activities for awareness building among new buyers.
Sports Marketing manages the delivery of complex sponsoring projects in professional sport. The team works closely with sports professionals as brand ambassadors, sports federations and Olympic committees, providing clothing and accessories, organising photographic sessions, fan meetings and various events.
PR and corporate communication supports the company’s business goals. It is responsible for external communication, particularly corporate and management profile building, media and stakeholder relations, and issues management in Poland and on foreign markets. Its tasks also include internal communication, support for employer branding and corporate social responsibility.
Project Management Office supports key initiatives fundamental for the company’s further growth. It runs and supports various projects, works with all departments. Its responsibility is coordinating the work of various teams, ensuring effective and efficient completion of business goals.
Logistics – on place and time. The Logistics team plans order delivery, tracks completion and arranges transport of goods to clients. It distributes goods for seven sales channels across numerous markets, in Europe and further out. It is relentlessly searching for new solutions to further improve the supply chain.
The VM’s team goal is to create a comfortable shopping experience for 4F customers. Once the designers from the Product Team have completed their collections, VM experts come into play and ensure products are presented in the most appealing way.
There are two teams within VM:
Store front designers, who create product presentation concepts, define VM standards, and work closely with the Project, Investment, Marketing and Sales teams in order to create such a store environment that most effectively presents products.
Regional VMs coordinate and ensure appropriate presentation of clothes and products. They train 4F store decorators, work with Store front designers, as well as supporting and working closely with Regional Sales Managers when it comes to in-store compliance with VM instructions and standards.
The 4Faces team is responsible for developing our multi-brand chain – from strategy creation, through product range, marketing support, through consumer communication down to end user sale. The team includes Product Managers, Buyers, a Brand Manager, a Graphics Designer and the Sales team.
