The spring edition of Absolvent Talent Days is part of our calendar. This year we were present in Cracow and Warsaw.
Visitors to our stand learned about the recruitment process, development opportunities, key departments and what working at OTCF looks like.
Candidates could interact with both HR representatives and colleagues from the business side. Our employees eagerly shared their experience of working at OTCF and the satisfaction this gives them every day.
We are convinced that we will be able to scout the best talents among the participants!
